We are now seeking qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the ELECTRICAL ENGINEER position working at the Head Office in Bac Ninh.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:

• To make and update SOPs, OMs, inspection standards, technical documents for operation and maintenance of the electrical & utility equipment and systems in the assigned areas;
• To train SOPs and provide guidance, technical support to operational staffs; To supervise the SOP obedience of the assigned team during their operation and maintenance works;
• To make and update a documentation system for operational staffs’ records/reports of their daily operation & maintenance activities; To control and analyze the records/reports;
• To make and control annual, monthly and weekly plans for operation and maintenance of the electrical & utility equipment and systems in the assigned areas; to supervise daily implementation of the operation and maintenance to ensure progress as well as work performance;
• To manage any changes to equipment and systems in the assigned areas, such as modification, expansion or newly installation to ensure their compatibility with the existing equipment/systems;
• To monitor consumption of tools and spare-parts, and/or utility supplies for operation and maintenance works in the assigned areas to minimize cost; to assist Assistant Manager in making annual budget for overhead cost of the Department;
• To contact with domestic and/or oversea experts to get support for overcoming technical issues in the assigned areas;
• To do other related duties as assigned by the superiors from time to time or as the situation dictates.

Requirements:

• Educational: University graduation with engineering degree in Electrical.
• Good knowledge of designing, installing, operation and maintenance of the electrical & utility equipment & systems;
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese law governing electrical safety.
• Good communication skills. Ability to communicate in English
• Preferable: Have knowledge of Information Technology.
